Basic Requirement：
1. Bachelor degree or above majored in Mechanics, Engine and related.
2. At least 8 years working experience in engine industry, including 5 years managerial level experience.
3.Basic EHS knowledge.
4.Be familiar with TS16949 system.

6. Good organizing, coordinating and delegating ability.

Key Responsibility：
1.? Leadership and management of the Product Engineering department.
2. Technical project management.
3. 。Managing the mentoring, training and development of the Product Engineering staff.
4.? Performance planning, review and improvement for the Engineering staff.
5. Ensuring the effective interface with other teams and entities including: Manufacturing, Cummins’ East Asia Research and Development Center, Cummins technical center Product Development Engineering.
6.Creating and managing to the Product Engineering Budget.
7.? Ensuring the adherence to Cummins product introduction and release requirements.
8.? Operations support – Product Definition, Non-conforming material review, Product Change.
9. Delivering continuous improvement in cost, quality and delivery.
10. Ensuring the effective addressing of product and customer problems.
